Is it true when coming from the US, no VISA is required? Just a $5 card fee?

I'd like to go visit my old home where I grew up.

Also as a retired person who meets the criteria, how much exactly are the lawyers (fees) involved in the resident process? A rough estimate will do, thanks.

We went to Turkey for a long weekend and paid Ј10 each at Izmir for a tourist visa stamp valid for three months.
will the same visa be valid if we return within three months or will we need to buy a new stamp?

If you mean to ask if you can reuse a visa from a previous entry into Panama, the answer is no. You will need to buy a new visa. But come on, what is $5?
