Es más, la nueva Junta del Carnaval de Panamá 2009 ya tiene todo adelantado. Alrededor de 84 carros participarán de los cuatro días desfiles, además de 18 comparsas, según informó Ricardo Guerra, el presidente de la junta.
Guerra y toda la directiva fueron ratificados por el presidente de la República, Martín Torrijos.
